made a purchase in Oct 2021. 2 items arrived damaged. it is now March 2022, and there has been no compensation for damaged items. No one followed up with me, I have to reach out every time. this short description no where near explains the unprofessional and poor experience I've had.

Customer care was so incredibly bad. I had a return on Nov 1. Till Nov 12 I didn’t get any notification regarding refund. During the waiting period I called customer care three times. One rep told me she would escalate the issue and I should expect the refund within 3 business days. I wait for another 5 days before I called again. Another rep told me she didn’t see any escalation being processed but the refund was processed. I should expect refund next week. Different answers every time when I called in. Then I called the third time being told no escalation processed, no refund processed, the return is still pending!!! Everyone is kicking the ball. So frustrated about the service.

Wouldn't recommend based on my experience: We ordered a bed frame through a designer in 2021; almost year later, on the day it's supposed to be delivered, we find out that a critical piece wasn't included. Try EQ3 next door instead.

Beautiful products but what good is that when the products take months after the stated delivery date. Customer service has been a horrible experience. From the lack of replies to false promises. I would have expected a much better experience, considering the items are quite pricey. So disappointing.

I ordered online from DWR and the Toronto store could not assist at all, so this is a criticism of the corporation and how they work. Order from a local Toronto store and get accountability and same prices. If you decide to order from them you had better get a screenshot of the price and what currency it's in BEFORE you finalize the purchase. I bought a light fixture and the invoice you get at the end of purchase does not specify the actual price and which CURRENCY it is in. When I looked at my credit card charge it was way too high. It took a lot of calls and an irate email to the manager to get them to agree that they had overcharged me in US dollars when it is in CAD prices online. I could only do this because I had been following the prices for some time - if you are uncertain you would be ripped off. Then they also delivered by accident someone else's very expensive 6' high light. It look me a long time to get through the phone and then they said I should carry it to the post office and mail it back to them. They finally picked it up but the whole ordeal was a hassle.

Order made first week of September was delivered two months late, only to receive the product in the wrong colour. We're nearly end of the year and I still don't have my replacement product. Customer service via email, phone, and chat haven't been very helpful. I keep getting conflicting/uninformed answers and A LOT of false promises. I also keep getting ghosted when asking for updates. Zero accountability. Such a turn off for future orders - might as well order from other distributors or directly from the manufacturers directly. Do better.

I placed my order November 2020 - more than a year later I am still waiting for it. DWR’s website indicated my item would be shipped within 2 weeks. Customer service has quoted me at least 10 different delivery dates, and every time it is pushed out. I understand there are widespread supply issues, but do not advertise false shipment times if you cannot commit to it. Change the stock status to β€œOUT OF STOCK”.

My personal experience has been fantastic! The team at the Toronto store were helpful and accommodating, especially during this crazy time. After looking around at alot of other options we ended up ordering our counter stools online. The delivery was earlier than estimated and I was very impressed with the quality of how the chairs were packaged. Very pleased with the quality and value.
