The folks that I and my wife worked with there were very willing to spend the time necessary to help us make a choice. We are very happy with the support provided and the choice we made. I recommend the store and the people there (both locations) to anybody seeking wonderful furniture options with lots of design advice.
M	Maria s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the furniture company I originally ordered my calligaris furniture from failed to provide good service, I called Calligaris in Toronto, and even though I was having the furniture delivered to London, the price from Toronto was almost identical. Lara was amazing! She emailed me often to tell me when my furniture would come. She even worked extra hard to get the delivery company to come on a day they were super booked because she knew it was my one day off. The furniture is beautiful! Top notch quality and the movers were very considerate and sweet and offered to put felts on the bottom of the furniture for me so as not to have me scratch my brand new hardwood floor. I will definitely order from Calligaris again!! Thanks guys! I'm one happy girl!

We bought several chairs for different applications in our home. All of them have received many compliments.

First they arrange all the assembly for my furniture bought in Italy at the Calligaris store in Milan then 8 years after they were so reactive to find me some spare parts coming from Italy via UPS. Bad experience already. is there any compensation for this. No.They already have our money. Will not recommend ever.

We needed a new dining room table. We worked with Vlad and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He knew the product line really well and had great design suggestions. He provided 3D renderings of how the furniture would look in our space which was so helpful. We ordered a table, chairs and sideboard and they look absolutely amazing! We couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience.
F	Frank L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received great service from Calligaris! We purchased our Upgrade sectional from them in 2013. Over the years, one of the chaise to sofa connector clips broke. I emailed Calligaris to get a replacement, and received a prompt response. They informed me they needed to bring in a replacement clip from Italy and it would take a little time. Once they received the part, they couriered the part to my home - all at no charge. The package was surprisingly heavy. Once I opened the box, I found out why. They had sent me new metal connectors instead of the old composite ones. Not only one connector to replace the broker one, but three to replace the two old connectors, and additional one as a spare. Seriously fantastic customer support that you will not get at lesser quality furniture retailers! Thank you Yana and the Calligaris team!
