It’s just like nowhere in canada, all beautiful and clean. Great products as well as verity. No issues with insurance, all smooth and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff at evok are extremely nice and helpful. They've always gone above and beyond to help with any issues or requests I've had. Andy (I believe his name is???) has always been extremely helpful. My glasses broke and he was quick to help me get them repaired and provided me numerous contact samples when I was trying to pick out what ones to buy. The opticians are just as nice as the front staff, they take their time and make me feel welcome. I never post reviews, but wanted to express my gratitude for all they have done for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Evok on May 30, 2022 and spoke with Andy about possibly replacing the lenses in my eyeglasses because of a new prescription from my optician. After comparing this new prescription with my previous one from 3 years ago, he gave me his professional, honest opinion that there was only a marginal difference between the two. Therefore, it was probably not worth it to replace my lenses at this time.
So, I left without purchasing anything, but I felt it was worth sending in a review to comment on the excellent, friendly service which I received from Andy. I was impressed with his integrity. When I eventually need new lenses, I will definitely go back to Evok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a business climate where most customer service seems to have taken a backseat, at Evok it's exactly this that they excel at. The space is lovely, conveniently just steps off from the King St. streetcar stop. They stock a great selection of unique eyewear designs and brands. But above all, their attention to detail, friendliness, and patience makes the complete experience here a joy to shop in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service here- would definitely recommend. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and I did not feel rushed into selecting a pair of frames. I must have tried on a dozen.
I provided Andy with my criteria and he helped me narrow down my search. I wanted frames that were lightweight and had nose pads (they always slip down otherwise!) now that I’m working from home and no longer wearing contacts. I liked that the frames were customizable from colour to the length of legs to ensure the perfect fit.
Would highly recommend evok!
