★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone ordering from Canada should know they have no real timeline on when their products will arrive. Could be weeks. Just spoke to someone from customer service about this. I'd recommend looking for a local skate shop online. I ordered from one near me in Toronto and my board came in two days. That's your best bet. Prices are identical too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some very good quality merchandise with reasonable selection. The sizes are to xl, and the online store can deliver to your home.
I did however take a look at the USA site which is actually boasting a larger selection of quality skateboarding equipment. Whoever shops for this retailer is catering to the youth market. The truth is that I like this store. I look for deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is a bit too outgoing… a bit pushy on suggesting things to buy, lemme chill and look around. Things are also a bit overpriced and when I bought a t there were marks on it. Good variety of things though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know where else to write a review for the Canadian website. I ordered something on clearance, and when it came there were buttons missing and so many stitches undone I can't even wear it. I was not told that clearance items meant DAMAGED. I tried calling multiple times on multiple days no one even answers the phone. Then I had to email, not through the website but from the email on the reciept because the website doesn't work. They tell me clearance products can't be returned or exchanged.
Tl;dr: You get a damaged, unwearable item in the mail and and zumiez says keep it! Never ordering or shopping here again. What a joke.

I don't really understand skate culture and was pretty overwhelmed when I entered the store, but a worker came and walked me through everything I wanted to know! Thank you Zeina for helping me find what I needed! She was very sweet and recommended several products to me.
