★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in cold wind for 20 minutes with two heavy bag of clothes. Brought all items listed on website for refund (photo id, receipt copy, original packaging). The store told me to present the physical card for refund?!!!! This was not listed on website at all!!! I had to drag all these heavy bags in cold wind again and come back next time!!!! Why they don’t offer refund via Apple Pay for credit card?!!!!! The other stores do!!!!

You could find many clothes and shirts and footwear on there.
I recommend it to buy however the price is not very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The light fixture in the change room fell on my head. It hurt quite a bit. I could of made a bit deal about it considering I could of got a concussion, or what if it had fallen on a child's head? Its a heavy round ball that hangs from a wire. I chose not to make a deal out of it and instead just let one of the employees know. When I approached Marion to explain what had happened to me, he did not even acknowledge what I said and continued cashing me out without taking any concern. I was expecting to hear “im sorry that happened to you, I will get management to look into that”. But he did not even say one word about. It was beyond rude. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do they not understand that if I got seriously hurt I could sued them? Its their responsibility to make sure the light fixtures are secure and should not be falling on people. Definitely will never come back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great experience thanks to the white young lady with the hair in pigtails. She was so patient and honest. I appreciated her expertise. As well as the young gentleman who was closer to the back who assisted me with checking other locations for an item in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was needing warm gloves. After shopping online I saw you could do pick-up at this location. After placing my order, it was ready in less than an hour for pickup. When I arrived, I was directed to the Service Center (not the checkout area). On my way to the Service counter, a staff member spoke up and stated to me, oh you're here for a pickup? He took my name and quickly found my package and handed to me. He was super friendly.
The experience from selecting online to picking my item up was very easy, quick, and my in-store was very impressive with friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online inventory makes it really convenient to know what shoe sizes are in stock before a customer visits the store. Employees were really helpful in making recommendations, notwithstanding a limited inventory for some of the popular shoe sizes/models. There was also a lot of hand sanitizers located throughout the store, but physical distancing in areas where people try shoes could be improved
