★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this location a few times over the last few months and every time the staff have been very friendly and helpful. I was impressed each time with their ability to anticipate my needs for assistance (e.g. offering me a shopping bag to carry my bulky winter coat in, advice on how to remove stitched closed pockets, helping me to find a specific dress I didn't know where to begin to look for and pointing out the versatility of said dress). I really appreciate the degree of customer service that the staff here has consistently provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner went into exchange a woman's leather jacket that she has had for less than five months with little to no use. We noticed some issues with the jacket such as, loose threading and an obvious rip on one of the elbows. We were very delighted with Taylor, the manager at the time who was an absolute embodiment of good customer service, professionalism, and making our experience at All Saints very enjoyable. She gladly exchanged the jacket with no hesitation, even giving us some product knowledge and tips to care for it. Amazing individual, better store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend wanted to buy a dress for a very special occasion and I tagged along with another one of our buddies.
She found the dress she was looking for but gasped upon looking at the rate and pondered about it for 6 hrs whilst we went around the mall. Gabrielle was absolutely sweet and kind to hold the dress for us until store closed.
After a good 5hr spree of spending time with us she finally decided to go with the dress as she remembered seeing a sale sign (50%) and we rushed just minutes before closing.
Gayathri (Gaya) was absolutely amazing, polite and helped us with what we needed and it was an amazing experience. My friend got the dress of her choice with the perfect fit and us boys couldn't be more grateful to Gabrielle and Gayathri today. Cheers and keep up the great work! Absolutely loved shopping at your store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to multiple AllSaints locations around the world, and this store is by far my favourite… and one I’m excited to go back to every time I’m in the neighbourhood!
The staff here are super helpful and friendly, and they truly go above and beyond to provide the best-in-class customer service. On my last visit, Jena made me feel I had a personal shopper helping me out to find the right outfit and sizes ?
AllSaints product quality and style is half the reason I’m a returning customer. This level of customer service is the other, bigger half!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Gabrielle and Gayathri for their very honest, professional, and thoughtful assistance to me while shopping. Gabrielle agreed without hesitation to hold on to dress I loved until the closing time so that I got enough time to make up my mind. I would highly recommend both of them to my friends and family.

The store is filled with wide variety of collections and both Gayathri and Gabrielle were really helpful in assisting us to select a cute dress. My friend fell in love with a dress and they agreed to hold the dress for us until closing time. They were really professionals, friendly and great at customer service.
As a happy customer, I would recommend the store to my friends and colleagues.
