★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it when I find the blazer on sale that went with my pants that I bought a while ago. Otherwise they generally have really nice stuff. Wish the length of pants wasn't always 32" as I always have to take hemming time and cost into account when I want to buy some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RW CO has a difficult policy where they cannot and will Not modify or cancel an order. I mistakenly through a glitch with PayPal went through with an order and the shipping as well as billing information was wrong and for another city. I called the store and customer service immediately and no one could help me. The payment was not yet authorized by RW CO but customer service refused to help me or allow me to speak with a supervisor. Beware of making orders with RW CO or Reitmans

I have purchased several sports coats, pants & shirts from RW & my wife has several beautiful dresses as well. I always get complimented on my attire when i am wearing RW. Service is always very attentive and informative. Friendly staff!

She listened to me carefully and helped me decide what to choose and she was super patient and friendly. She went extra mile to make sure I'm choosing the right size. RW & Co must be proud to have such amazing employees. I highly recommend this branch to everyone who is looking for a decent suit with great prices and lots of beautiful items to choose from. Quality of their products is really premium. They have a customer for life now.

New location look so Great. Customer service Fantastic. New location got Excellent Spring 2021 items. One of the Great clothing place in CF Eaton Centre.
