★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the products, I would never buy them ever because of the attitude of the employees in the store!!!!! Experience rude attitude from the employee. I was looking for help and no one reacted on my needs. Finally, I got a help from one of the girls that is working in the store to let me coming in the fitting room and after I ask for two items that I wanted to purchase, I waited for almost 10 minutes for those items. As the result, the same girl that was helping me, asked if I am waiting for something and I was totally shocked because I asked her to bring me two pieces of close. I was upset with store service because it is not my first time that in this particular store customers should help themselves, so what for employees are working in there and getting money? To chat with each other?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are totally disorganized. After telling us to wait and sit down, they totally let other people in ahead of us. And then they blamed us for sitting down. Fantastic. Nice stuff, but man they need better training. There isn't even alot of people in store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most sweetest sales associate I've ever dealt with from the Aritzia chain which was shocking because most of their staff is stuck up and snobby for no reason.
Maybe I was shopping on a good day since it was a week day and it was snowing outside so the mall was empty. I purchased 2 satin slip dresses and they're overpriced but I can't find them anywhere else.
When I come back it will be during the week on a rainy day lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alisha and Sienna were my angels today - they both provided great styling advice and really helped out a bit of a clueless shopper trying to diversify his wardrobe a bit. The staff here went above and beyond, and I was genuinely shocked by their warmth and customer service - I never would have expected this from what looked like "just another chain store" at the mall! Thank you so much ladies, and I can't wait to shop here again :)
