You can even find bigger sizes shoes in here( not a common thing in other Aldo’s stores). I came up with good purchases and even some great discounts. The location is pretty amazing, just a few steps from the main entrance on Yonge.

They would sale things by promising that If the item doesn't feel comfortable, they will take it back. If you genuinely feel the item is not the right one for you, they will deny taking it back stating we have used it. How on earth, without using the item, one can figure out whether it is the right fit or not. Moreover, the way the one staff member behaved with us, I would never ever go back and buy anything from them. He was not ready to listen to us and made us feel very bad.
N	Nimra Maniar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got scammed by one of the employees into buying TWO shoes, after the one I wanted wasn’t in the right color. I needed work shoes for the next day. The employee let me know I can buy the brown one, WEAR IT for the next day, and return it. I asked her multiple times if this was OK, and she assured me "as long as I wipe them down" and return within 60 days. The shoes also turned out to be uncomfortable and causing my feet blisters. When I went back, I was told worn shoes can not be returned. The managers were unhelpful and focused on returning the shoes, than the employee spreading misinformation for some extra bucks. Meanwhile, the previous employee ordered the black ones (which she let me know would be delivered in 2 days but Aldo let me know there is no such policy) and input the wrong address so they didn’t arrive on time either! YOUR EMPLOYEES WILL LIE ABOUT THEIR POLICY AND WILL SCAM GULLIBLE PEOPLE this is unacceptable

Perhaps this location needs better employees with previous customer service backgrounds, because the most elementary level of interpersonal skills and downright civilized behaviour was seriously lacking. Ladies, these are some of the qualities that are crucial to any form success in life.
