I had an entire plethora of problems at this store in the past week. i was told I could get priority shipping for free if i ordered my Super Puff in store which I thought was awesome. I paid for my item and then realized they didn’t priority ship it. They refunded me and started a new transaction to switch it to priority, which was no problem. I just received my coat and realized that when they started the new transaction they ordered me the wrong colour. The colour i wanted which was available when I ordered is no longer available until at least the beginning of January and I’m stuck with a 300 dollar coat that in a colour that I don’t want or I end up with no jacket.

Worst experience ever. Like honestly nobody go to this location. I came in the store filled with shopping bags in my hand. I was looking around to see if I liked anything. Then a shirt caught my attention. I was going to purchase it but there were so many small bags in my hand. So I asked one of the employees if I can get a bag to put everything in it she’s like yeah just go to the cash register and someone there will give you one. Ok so I go and I asked for one she showed me attitude and said “if your purchasing something here then you can get a bag if not then no”. I’m like ok so I purchased the shirt that I liked and she put it in a small bag. I was ok with it but I needed a bigger bag to put all my items in it she was so rude to me. Like are you kidding me. Oh and did I forget ti tell you it was a white girl with light brown hair that showed me attitude. I don’t know what her name is because I didn’t see a name tag. But the store needs to do better and employees. I honestly just ended up returning the shirt cause of the girls attitude towards me. And like where is the manager. I asked on if the employees there and she said there is no manager today like what??? What people let’s employees work without a manager on shift. I’m sorry but the boss of this store needa to to better and hire proper people.

I am a senior. I came inside to look for my granddaughter. A nice girl helped me find a sizes but I told her I need to sit and I sat at a chair and she said no problem. When she went to get the right items for me. This very unkempt and disgraceful female staff comes right to my ear and loudly says "this chair is not for sitting down please get up." I learned later she was one of the managers, very disgraceful, she was not raised properly.

I’ll most likely never shop at Aritzia again. For the price you’re paying and the customer service you receive is ridiculous and below any means of satisfactory. Most of the employees are either rude, unprofessional, or unwilling to actually help unless you’re making them a sale. Extremely uncomfortable vibes. Once, I was the only one in the fitting room line and had 3 employees just casually chatting away beside me instead of giving me a room. Eventually another girl came to help but, seriously? Additionally, one associate will tell you something is refundable but another will say it’s only exchangeable after purchase and make you pick something else on the spot or else you’re out of luck. All in all, this place is just an unenjoyable experience with overpriced basic clothing.

The sales here seriously need more training. I found a sweater with price significantly lower than same other ones and asked a male sales if it was defective or something. He directly took the sweater from my hand in a very rude way and told me it was a mistake and had to be fixed, and never went back to me. I am not trying to take advantage of the “wrong” price (who knows if it’s wrong price or just a defective piece), but if it was a mistake on your end and a client found it, shouldn’t the client be able to buy it with the tagged price? Please train your sales (especially white males cause they appear to be way more rude and irresponsible than others by my experience) in a proper way if you don’t want your brand ruined by terrible customer service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from style specialist Sophia at the Toronto Eaton Center store. She went out of her way to assist me with a purchase which wasn't from her own store, but rather, from a sister store! Sophia was super efficient and continued to follow up with me until the transaction at the other store was completed. Thanks Sophia!

Great location!! I was in the store today and loved it. Super huge with the tna/lounge section separated. This also meant there were tons of change rooms and I didn’t have to wait in a line. The staff was really friendly and helped me with sizing.

Very nice and clean store. I loved their clearance section, it had many options especially size-wise. My only issue is the dressing rooms. Trying on clothes can be a vulnerable experience for many people because sometimes things just don't work on our bodies. So not having a mirror inside the actual rooms makes many people including myself uncomfortable because sometimes we don't want to step out of that space to try on these new items in front of everyone. I strongly recommend this Aritzia location to place mirrors in the dressing rooms to make trying out new items a comfortable experience for everyone.
