She did not have them in her store, but located them in another and had them shipped to me. Awesome customer service after I had searched for a few hours online with no luck. Thank you Selena!
V	Vikneshwaran Ravi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there to return my gf shoe, I told them i can exchange with same shoe in different size or return , shoe box was damaged which was fault from my side. Since box was damaged they offered only exchange. I was like whatever and found different shoe but the shoe price was slightly lesser than my exchanging shoe like $23. But store manager told me they can’t give me store credit for $23 that I might spent in different store, i was forced to buy something in the store. What a rip off!! Seriously

Selena was able to find the sold out items and set them up to be delivered to me in 3-5 business days. I am so thankful that I was able to get these items.

Walked in and inquired about an upcoming release, was told by the Manager (Jess) that it’s a popular shoe and I would have no chance to find it unless I check in every day in person and hope for the best … responded that I can’t drop by daily, and she recommended that I should look on resale platforms!!!! Are you serious!!?? Such behavior and mistreatment of customers needs to stop. If this was a corporate Nike store, that employee would’ve lost their job by referring a customer to resellers. Good to know such people are managing a store that has one the biggest brand logos attached to it. It’s just incredible.

She’s so understanding with returns/exchanges and I really appreciate that because a lot of companies these days are more about hitting sale targets than creating relationships with customers. This makes me only want to shop at this location.

Although, I have not seen her there in a while so I hope she is there for my next visit. Overall great customer service from most of the staff though. Professional and knowledgeable.
t	thomas faux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the Nike store to try and find my wife a new pair of shoes for her birthday and was greeted right away at the entrance by a lovely lady named Annette. She was extremely helpful and I could tell she knew her stuff. Her and another Nike employee, I forget her name but she had brown hair and a pony tail along with an ear piece that made me think she was a manager, helped me tremendously. The two ladies made me feel very welcome and convinced me to purchase other pieces of clothing as well for my wife. The customer experience was amazing and I will certainly come back to this store. My wife loved everything that Annette helped me select. Thanks again Annette, you changed her from a loyal Under Armour customer to a now loyal Nike customer! 5 star customer service!
