Asked for price match and store manager said he cannot do anything because system don't allow to. I spend extra 100 dollar on same dress they are on sale now. So disappointed.

Clothes are beautiful but the sales girls were very rude. Did not even greet or acknowledge us as we walked in. Actually looked away. We didn't bother to stay.

Fiance and I walked in looking for a specific style coat. I was sick and out of it (not in the best of states) but it was the only day we both were free from other obligations. Fiance asked the sales employee about a style of coat they had on display. When I walked in the man looked me up and down and then proceeded to answer our question with a scoff and one word answers. Spent all day in Eaton centre . Every high end store was very nice and helpful. Reiss on the other hand, their employees felt that it was okay to treat us differently based on my 'not so posh' appearance due to my fever. I was absolutely disgusted and walked out without a word. But I think it needs to be said. That their customer service was absolutely abhorrent and their collection of styles was less than mediocre. We spent $6000 on my coats that day. And thankfully due to their attitude none of it was at Reiss.

I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the team at Reiss, Adnan took the extra step in discussing their fragrance line, as well as informed me of a trusted local tailor that adjusts the off the rack garments from Reiss in order to accommodate for my preferences. An over all elevated experience, Thank you Adnan!

Worst Service EVER. I used to love shopping at REISS until I received terrible customer service by a manager last week. I purchased three products from this store last Friday. When I checked the receipt, I realized that they made a mistake and overcharged me almost 100 dollars. I had to go to Eaton Centre again the next day to discuss this issue with a manager. She was very careless and impolite -- She said she can't let me in the store due to entrance renovation. There was a heavy metal gate between us so I felt like I was talking to a wall (I couldn't even see her face but listen to her voice). She tried to prove that my calculation was wrong and told me to come back the next day. When she finally realized that I was overcharged, she let me in through the back door. However, the manager was unable to solve the issue for thirty minutes so I had to come home without having my money back. She later offered $50 gift card but I didn't want it. I didn't want the products I bought anymore. The gift card couldn't compensate the time I wasted anyways (not to mention $30 I paid for parking). She said she would need to contact the head office in order to solve this problem and TOOK ANOTHER WEEK to finally solve the issue. I am still very disappointed by the way Laura handled the situation. I don't think I will ever buy products from this store AGAIN.

Amazing experience. All down to one worker called Victor. I bought a couple suits, jacket, jumper and some other stuff and a lot of it had to be tailored. He measured me up, pinned and chalked everything and then helped me get it tailored. I then brought in a suit from Reiss in the UK and even stuff not from Reiss which he again measured me up for and helped me get tailored. Unbelievable experience and extremely happy with it all.
