★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received delivery of my leg curl/extension machine two days ago and it is an awesome price of equipment. It is well made and sturdy, and the operation was very smooth. The customer service was excellent as well. After I placed the order the company remained in contact with me through out, and it was even ready sooner than the 12 week timeline they estimated. Best of all the equipment was shipped in one piece so no assembly was required. Very happy with the equipment and the buying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2 workout equipments from Unofive and, and the leg curl/extension machine is just AWFUL. If you are thinking about buying one, do yourself a favour and dont. The range of motion of the machine is bizarre (there is a lever that limits the range of motion of leg extensions, so you can’t get a proper workout). The inside of the machine was also covered with rust upon arrival. All they offered to send us was a can of Rustoleum. Also, make sure to read their return policy before you make a purchase. You can tell a lot about a company based on their return policy and customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a squat rack for our home gym. From the very beginning the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Not only is the rack one of the best quality racks I've seen (been working out for 17 years, been to a lot of gyms) but it's also made in Canada! The price is also very reasonable considering how high quality the gear is. It was important for us to have a locally sourced supplier rather than overseas. On top of all this the communication from the company was second to none. From the moment we ordered we were contacted to make sure the details are perfect to the point it was dropped off. The communication was amazing and it really helps when you looking forward to something. We were able to setup a perfect delivery date and everything worked out great. Now we got this sweet setup in the basement and going to order more gear. Very pleased with this company!

As someone that has purchased several pieces of gym equipment over the years I would have to say that this is one of the best pieces I have ever purchased. The quality and workmanship is second to none. It did take a bit of time to arrive as each piece is custom built once you order but it was well worth the wait. My first choice in any future purchases will definitely be Unofive. The customer service is excellent with regular updates and quick responses to any email questions. It is nice to see that there are still companies out there that provide this level of quality and service.

I am mostly impressed by the quality of the customer service, from ordering to delivery at my front door. Everything went so well, answered my requests, fast and clear communication, waiting build time respected.

The pb280 is a robust machine--everything feels solid and the welds are excellent. The service from Laine at unofive fitness was also excellent. He was very responsive to my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company! I ordered the PB 263 High Lat Pull Down And Low Row Combo-Plate Loaded and received it on time and in perfect condition. I have yet to find anything wrong with the design, it is smooth and sturdy. There are very few equipment companies that can compete with them on quality and design (especially in Canada). They responded promptly to all my messages and went above and beyond in terms of their customer service.
