While we can handle minor website and content edits, we appreciate their turn-key service package for ongoing, in-depth support. Baldo and Joe are super helpful, professional and address any issues that pop up promptly. The only reason not to give 5 stars is we’ve never had a virtual check-in to actually meet and review what’s working or how to improve. Overall, they are Egg-cellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience using Eggs Media Web Design. The company is professional and outstanding communicators. Right from the beginning of the project Baldo and his team listened to what we had to say and more importantly what we wanted.
The team presented us with recommendations and gave good sound, in turn, allowing us to make decisions about how we wanted the site to develop.
Within a week we received designs and mock-ups for review of several pages, this allowed us to get a good feel for the product they were creating and for us to provide feedback.
Throughout the build, we were able to communicate back and forward to changes and suggestions, at every possible opportunity we were able to give our opinion and were listened to. This was important to us.
The product turned out great and we are really happy with the site. The construction is robust with excellent responsiveness. The aftercare has been wonderful so far, since the launch, I have made several changes and needed help with some backend aspects, Eggs Media has been more than willing to provide support and has even provided user guides and screenshots on how things work.
We are confident that an excellent product has been created and this will help our business develop. Well worth the money.
