★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been with her for over ten years. She really takes time to get to know you and cares about you. You never feel like she's rushing your appointment.
The only reason why I gave this review a 4 and not a 5 is because wait times are long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Facy is A GOOD GP , we where more then surprised when we had to pay $150.00 for her to fill out a MTO form , seriously!! AND I truly wish that she had someone else then Mr Facy doing the secretary / receptionist duties. He is cold , impatient and somewhat condescending. almost has if patients time is less important then Doctor's time. the only reason I didnt give her a 5 is because of him and the wait time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Facy is very thorough and knowledgeable and gives the patients time to be heard. As such, there may be a bit of a wait to see her sometimes, but I prefer that to the ‘in’n’out’ in 10 min method that some other doctors practice, irrespective of what issue the patient presents with, and how long of a discussion is necessary for the doctor to get all the information and be able to direct the patient to the right specialist and with the correct diagnosis. My family and I are lucky to have her as our family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Facy is a terrific family doctor. I have been seeing her for many years and have developed a very strong faith in her abilities and professionalism. Every time I go in with an issue she quickly and efficiently addresses my concerns with no sense of rushing. Once I went in with a broken elbow and she sent me to the best hospital for fractures where I received excellent care. I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for a primary care physician.
