β β β β β I was a new patient and no instructions given about what to do once you are at the venue. I had a prior appointment time but no one asked me. No receptionist! Waited for 30 minutes and left. I suggest you have clear information that there will be wait time involved else having a prior appointment sounds futile! Very dissatisfied with the service.

β β β β β During my appointment, Dr Stendardo told me he was extremely busy - that he had to see over 50 patients and he didn't have time to listen, then he simply walked out on me in the waiting room. I was stunned. All i wanted was for him to get all my symptoms so that the tests he had written for me IN A RUSH captures everything.
On the same day, the receptionist sent in someone who had come in late for their appointment on my time slot, when i spoke up, she totally disregarded me saying i'll also be attended to.
I wish i didn't waste my time going to this clinic.

β β β β β Very efficient. Walk-in clinic opens at 9 am and I was there at 8:55 am. I got the 2nd place. I saw the doctor and was out by 9:50 am. Highly recommended!

β β β β β This is no longer a walk-in (the doctor only comes once a MONTH and you need prior appointment) - false advertising. They should amend their description on google so people can make an informed choice.

β β β β β I had my appointment 2 weeks ago. Got antibiotics, blood work, and a chest X-ray. Was told Iβd get a follow up 2 and 7 days later with results. Itβs been 14 and nothing. And the antibiotics didnβt work.
So overall itβs not a good place
Doctor was nice and listened to me. But didnβt follow up at all

β β β β β DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE UNVACCINATED. made an appointment a week in advance and of the day of my appointment was not allowed because of not being vaccinated (no one ever informed me about when I called in advance). Horrible- took time of work;
In addition there was no receptionist and the lady who worked there was unwelcoming and made whole experience even worse. Didnβt seem to offer any solutions such as give consultation over phone, etc.. waste of time.

β β β β β DO NOT GO HERE. The quality of care is abysmal. Only one nurse staffed, no receptionist, everyone was confused. After getting admitted, I waited 45mins for the nurse to fix IT issues. Made an appointment to see a doctor in person and instead got a virtual appointment. Face time with the doctor was approximately 15 seconds. The nurse then forgot to print my requisition forms. Avoid this place at all costs.

β β β β β Giving this place a 1 star is being nice. I had an appointment that was scheduled and confirmed for 4:45pm, when I showed up on time the employee took 10 minutes to come to the front desk. He then told me they close at 5pm and I canβt see a doctor. When I asked why they confirmed my appointment he said βI donβt knowβ. I asked again if I could see a doctor and he said βnoβ and then said βjust wait hereβ. I waited another 45minutes in the waiting room but nobody came back.. I ended up leaving without seeing anyone
