Excellent customer service at this pharmacy! Staff are very kind, friendly and prepare the medications quickly, They even delivered my medication for me when I couldn't go pick it up! Ask for Mike the pharmacist and manager.

This pharmacy had some technical issue processing my insurance. I was very much in discomfort waiting for it, so instead of asking me to stay, the pharmacist actually offered to deliver my prescription to my home, by himself after he closes the store at the end of day. I’ve never experienced such level of customer service before. Great job!

Friendly atmosphere at IDA Grange Pharmacy, the service is on the level. Pharmacists George and Mike are super friendly. Very short waiting time, No queues. I want to say a big Thank you to all the pharmacy staff for their excellent work!!

Own up to your mistakes. I picked this place as a UPS Access Point, meaning I have my parcels shipped here as occasionally I'm not available to pick it up. On my app it said that the parcel had been delivered at 2:58pm. I went to collect my parcel and after they (staff at IDA) rummaged in storage room they told me they could not find it. They then said the UPS driver sometimes delivers it in the evening (but the app told me it had been received by IDA). So giving them the benefit of the doubt, the pharmacist told me to come back at 5pm. I called UPS shortly after and they told me that it had been delivered because it was scanned in and to check back with the store. If not, they would place an investigation. Back I go to IDA and the pharmacist didn't even look up to give me a glance. He told me that nothing came. I asked him how he received deliveries and he just blew me off. He told me to open an investigation to get a refund. Frustrated because I know their inventory practices are really bad, I left. Note, this has happened to me before at this IDA. I come back the next day in the morning hoping to see someone else that was more friendly and helpful, but nope. The same employees are here again. They rummage through the back and said nope, your parcel is not there. The pharmacist then after seeing that I was getting annoyed, went to the back and found it. No apology - even though this is my third time to the store. He then gave me a blatant lie and said the delivery person came yesterday after I left around 5:10pm'ish and dropped off the parcel. umm... yah sure... you were about to turn me around. If a pharmacist can't keep their inventory in-check and then lies straight to the customer, how can you trust the person. He's responsible for handing out medication. I saw him turnaround the customer in front of me and told them to go back to the doctor to recheck the prescription. My point is I'm not sure if he's telling the truth or just doesn't want to be bothered to figure it out. He could have called the doctor and asked for clarification but nope.. it's just easier to send the customer away. Waste of everyone's time. Long story short, I will no longer being using this as an access point. ---- edited in response to comment below ---- Bumped up the star rating from 1-Star to 2-Star for acknowledgement and re-training of staff. However in response, there was no one in the store. I get it that he may have been preoccupied.. I think he playing with his cell phone.. but front facing customer service and acknowledgement is very important. In my mind, he knew nothing came in and actually encouraged me to file a lost report with UPS rather than, "hey let me take down your name and number while I search for it in the back".

I would like to share my most recent experience with Grange pharmacy. My doctor said he would fax my prescription to the pharmacy. After numerous phone calls the prescription is no where to be found. I ended up calling back to the hospital, and they had faxed it to a different pharmacy. Grange pharmacy staff went out of there way to find it for me. Thank you to all the hard work at this pharmacy. Greatly appreciated.

The pharmacist is fantastic. He's professional, responsive, and warm. He was on hold on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to figure something out for me. Very much appreciated! A great place for any client.

I got a rapid antigen test done here and was beyond happy with the experience. The staff and pharmacist were so kind, caring and helpful. Would highly recommend going to this pharmacy!
