★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online store was overwhelmed with orders so I stepped in to the store today. The girl at the front counter was very rude. She welcomed me by the usual virus screening questions. Fine. After that instead of asking what she can help me, she asked WHAT I WAS HERE For with a very rude attitude , as if I have so much free time and go there to spread the virus. I told her I wanted some supplements, instead of looking for one, she quickly said no, they didn't carry it and told me to go online. Dude, I told her online isnt available and you could have been nicer to your customers. Horrible experience!!!

Most of the pharmacists that work there have no idea what they are talking about and give little to no advice. Very disappointing overall.
My advice: Avoid this pharmacy like the PLAGUE and go to a Shoppers Drug Mart or Rexall where the staff is more courteous and professional.

Have given them my insurance twice, both times it took them 5 phone calls to figure out. Added my credit card online - still had to give out my credit card over the phone to a stranger. Prescription never showed up on day it was supposed to so hard to figure out when i need to be home as someone must sign for it. Expected this to be much easier than shoppers with the delivery and it's been nothing but hours of hassles.
