This McDonald’s is looking a little different with COVID rules in effect. They got my order wrong twice and I was the only customer there at the time. No complaints haha. No bathroom for customers though!

They don’t have manners to talk to uber drivers. I wanted to give 0 star but i m not able to give. Kindly teach them some lessons to talk with drivers.

The manager encourages her employees to contaminate the food. Hello, Today one of your employees embedded a receipt in my food. When I called to complain about it, the manager, speaking to her friends said "oh yeah i remember that one", and then proceeded to lie that she did not know anything about the incident and took notes about it for about 5 minutes. Upon speaking with her about it, she said she would not fire the employee, and would allow them to continue working and continue to contaminate the food. She said when the employee shows up for work tomorrow, she will talk to her about it. I do not think that employee should be showing up for work at all tomorrow. Since the manager, encourages an atmosphere of contamination of the food, thinks it is funny, and does nothing when it is reported, I believe the manager should be fired as well, since they are creating a disgusting restaurant full of contaminated food, on purpose. It is unacceptable, that your manager is in support of the contamination of your food. It's disgusting. She is apparently doing things like this quite a lot. I would suggest firing her before someone more well off than me engages in a lawsuit as a result of her disgusting behavior. I will forward this to the board of directors, for what it's worth, I think they're american or something. The restaurant was queen and spadina mcdonalds. I did not get the name of the manager. The manager refused to provide her name. When I asked for a refund, She refused. When I asked her to fire the employee, because she is contaminating the food, she refused. Please fire this woman.

Who ordered RARE junior chicken? I never knew MCD had a secret menu. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Check your bag before you leave. It's a McDonald's, so you generally know what you're getting, but this location is notorious for forgetting items in your order. I live close by this location so it is the most convenient and 2 out of 3 orders will have something missing. From no nugget sauce to missing apple pies, it's almost expected that they forget to include something. I've heard the manager yell at the staff over this so it's a known problem.

Took 20mins to get my order of 2 McDoubles while we waited outside in the rain. And when I finally received it it had onions even though the order said no onions. Please start to prioritize people going to your restaurant in person and waiting outside in inclement weather over people waiting for UberEats from their homes.

who doesn't love McDonald's coffee today? ??‍♀️ Was not hot at all, whatever happened to "lawsuit hot" ? First time in this location scary crowd but totally understandable considering location, staff was friendly and happy it seemed.. the girl that was getting our coffee was singing, she was good too, we were loving it?

Not the best for families due too many homeless around the restaurant and even inside the restaurant. Location - 4/5 Entrance - 1/5 Cleanliness - 2/5 Crowd - 1/5 ( crowd is extremely scary as one guy entered without mask swearing to every staff ) Staff - 4/5 ( very cordial ) Quality - 4/5 ( just like any McDonald’s ) Quantity - 5/5 Value for money - 4/5
