I'm confident there is no other pharmacy that would go beyond the duty of care for their clients like Maple Leaf. All the staff are extremely friendly and show compassion and care. If I've ever had any concerns or issues, they were addressed immediately. I've at times required last minute changes, and those changes were completed with a smile and without hesitation. This family run pharmacy knows how to serve the public, and at all times focuses on the relationship with their clients with compassion and care. A big hug of thanks to all the members of Maple Leaf. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been meaning to write a review of this pharmacy for a long time. I began to go here several years ago, after having terrible experiences at chain pharmacies in numerous locations in Vancouver and Toronto. I was used to being ignored when I walked in, being spoken to in an uncaring (to say the least) manner by the pharmacists, as if I was intruding on their busy schedule.
On the other hand, the first time I walked into Maple Leaf Medical Pharmacy to pick up something due to its convenient location in the same building as my doctor, the woman behind the counter IMMEDIATELY said "Hello" and SMILED!!! I was completely shocked. She smiled! I found a pharmacy where I could go and be treated in a caring and personable manner.
I no longer dread having to fill prescriptions. Everything is efficient, but more than that, patient, caring, understanding. This is the most wonderful pharmacy I have been to in my adult life.
