★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loblaws Pharmacy 60 Carlton Street, Toronto, ontario, has recently stopped picking up the telephone to refill prescriptions on a 2nd call back the line is busy. this has happened over a number of days. There seems to be a medical hot line “We don’t like that person” so the prescription seeker is blocked. The cause of the problems to the prescription seeker is never told.
The community is at risk when an authority figure can control hospitals, dental and pharmaceutical’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not believe everything RG below says. The Pharmacist did exactly what the law allows her to do and what she is ethically obligated to do. I've been filling my prescriptions here for 9 yrs. Never had an issue. Not even when they were a brand new pharmacy and all the Pharmacists were pretty much new grads. They always go the extra distance to help people out. There are times when they can't give meds out because the doctor only ordered so much and beyond that the patient has to see the doctor for more. The pharmacist did not deserve the negative review below. She has always been very professional but also kind and friendly. She does not need to be reviewed negatively like below for doing her job. All the staff here are very competent, kind, caring and friendly extremely PROFESSIONAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatching her fully wipe the entire pharmacy instead of handing over my puffer ... yes she is sanitizing every pen too! Lolol. When I said iI would wait for it she said "oh well I need 20 minutes" and went back to sanitizing. Bring back the lovley blonde lady!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just gave them a phone call to book my second dose vaccination. Can’t even find a the button to press register or booking the application... The lady I called on the phone was mean to me with less patient and tried to pushing me for having a quicker choice, since I haven’t decided the time for appointment yet... As she didn’t read all above time period to me and I was still waiting for further information from her. Since I just wish to ask my question, then she started to read more time periods to me, why don’t you finish reading at once? Please keep yourselves calm with parent and don’t interrupt when I am speaking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah just don’t go, they take so long to bring out prescriptions and act like they are manufacturing the drug in the pharmacy. Pharmacy attendants were not very time curious and suggested wait time after wait time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several errors by this pharmacy. 1,. never answered phone for vaccine booking; 2. arbitrarily gave me a 2 month supply of meds when it was supposed to be a 3 month supply; 3. spoke with the pharmacist to arrange refills and a smooth transition of prescription refills while I was out of the province for 4 months - they never contacted my dr to refill prescriptions & so when out of province I had to have the local pharmacist sign off on a refill. Terrible customer service and attention to detail involving medications!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to this pharmacy since this Loblaws location opened. The pharmacists were friendly and knowledgeable, and always took the time for me when I had a question. Now they're gone. And so am I. There are much better pharmacies out there with superior service, like Village Pharmacy. I had to update my 5 star review, as Loblaws Pharmacy fell down a very deep rabbit hole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to edit this 5 star review. Been coming here for years. Since the most recent pharmacist (lady with harsh dark eye brows and big diamond engagement/wedding ring) this location is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Mostly ran by students now. Complete joke of a pharmacy now. Please dont waste ur time. They never answer the phone now even though there is always at least 6 people behind counter.... worst customer service ever. Some people just shouldnt work in the health care field.. however today I was helped by a student who was absolutely amazing and sweet and went about and beyond anything her superior has ever done. I dont remeber her name but she was wearing a a grey Hijab.. shes going places! Such great service and I felt like she actually cared by even telling me how many scripts I had left incase I was worried I I was low
