Adorable atmosphere. You've got to try the sweet potato fries - the waffle style is awesome! If you get lucky enough to have Darryl, you're in great company.

The Vietnamese server (medium height with long hair) was rude. I wanted to order food but she pretended to be busy with cleaning other tables. There were only some glasses to be taken away. I had to wait for 10 minutes before I could be served by someone else. It was outrageous.

Great service and food presentation, easy to get to, comfortable dining experience. The only issue we had is their pizza: they have no idea what sausage should be on it, so it tasted like weiners, not grilled and browned seasoned Italian sausage. Everything else was excellent. Just avoid their version of "pizza".

Breakfast buffet was always hot and well stocked. Wait staff wonderful and greeted everyone with a cheerful “good morning”

An honest review: I've been a frequent customer at this restaurant for several months now and let me tell you, it's one of the best places to dine for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Located inside the Holiday Inn hotel, Carlton Restaurant offers a modern, affordable fine dining experience without breaking the bank. I'll start by saying that their customer service and hospitality are always exceptional and surpasses my expectations and I dine here around 2-4x a month coming from out of town. They've recently updated their lunch and dinner menus that offer a variety of options to accommodate for any food preferences, or diet restrictions without compromising quality, or taste. The restaurant manager Sean and hard working servers: Rafael, Kandiah and Yohannes are the best and very attentive when it comes to making sure you truly enjoy your dining experience. The chef actually came out to greet us and see if we enjoyed the food which was a nice touch. For breakfast I had a made to order omelette and various breakfast foods from the buffet. There are so many buffet options ranging from pre made fruit parfaits, smoothies, cereals, pastries to traditional bacon, eggs and sausages. All of the breakfast buffet selections were delicious and were replenished often so their was always some to take. I've been to many other hotel breakfast buffets and Carlton has the best quality buffet breakfast by far in comparison. For lunch I've tried their Atlantic salmon and it was amazing, it was served with rice with spinach and a side of sauteed veggies and it was very filling and I highly recommend it as a healthier lunch option. For dinner I ordered their sirloin steak and it was cooked medium rare, served with sauteed veggies. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. As for desserts, my boyfriend and I have tried the New York style cheese cake, turtle cheese cake and double chocolate brownie cake which were all delectable if you have a sweet tooth. Overall, Carlton will be a staple go to restaurant for me and highly recommend you check this place out and you'll be glad you did!

It was better than one night expect from a restaurant within a tired out-dated Holiday Inn. My order was accurate and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious chicken parm. The bartender was nice but didn't know how to make basic cocktails that any bartender should know.
