The cashier clearly discriminated myself and the group of people with me. One of us had only a copy of their ID in their phone, so the cashier refused to sell. I am 36 years old. I understand IDs should he checked, but the way the cashier behaved was excessive. I had to walk 3 blocks towards the other side to purchase the same items. I advise you to avoid this store. It has a good variety, but you can find similar variety and more in other places, like the Summerhill store.

Last night I bought a bottle of brandy that was in a box (close to store close time). Went and did some shopping at Loblaws. Only to discover when I got home to enjoy my brandy that I couldn't. I opened the box and took bottle out to find a lock security tag/box on it. I was frustrated and went back to store to see if any security were around. No one was there and Loblaws could not help. I even tried to ask shoppers but there magnetic system is different. Since store was closed I had no choice but to attempt to remove tag myself. It took me an hour and I cut myself luckily the bottle did not break. I phoned store next day to complain and their excuse for ruining my evening was some staff are new etc etc...this is completely incompetent of the store.

This is a small LCBO but they have good selection of liquor...

Love this LCBO. Small but decent selection. The staff are typical friendly and very fast.

Looch is an absolute nightmare of a customer service rep. Come here way more then I'd like to admit... every single time Looch is in an absolute disgusting mood. Even with other customers too. I work in customer service too and would never allow myself or staff to treat customers as such. Maybe customer service isnt for her ? It's not for everyone... but also real easy to pretend to like ur job for 2 min .

Attendant at Cashier was very rude. He kept screaming ID at my face before he would even bother answering a simple question of β€œhow much do I need to spend to validate parking”. The cashier’s name was Jarek, will not be coming back to this LCBO.

I have found the Staff to be courteous and helpful. Yes, limited stock due to smallish size. I say get rid of Joe Fresh and expand. But they do have my preferred brands...pictures included...minus some Greek wines I enjoy. Easy access to their second floor location by escalator or elevator from inside Loblaw's. Note: Isles are at times cluttered and difficult to manoeuvre. Adjoining tables outside of store available for eating/coffee, etc.

Worse cashier ever. I showed my Id on phone to the cashier, he refused to sell and repeat teaching me that he can’t sell without customer shows their physical id. I told him that I understand again and again, but he never stop. After I bring my physical id to him, I asked him to give me one more bag to hold the drinks, and he told me that if I can’t hold them then don’t buy that much. I believe no one can judge me on how much wine I buy even an old guy. He is a old guy with white hair and glasses. Management should teach their fellows what is good customer service. This made me feel extremely offended. Maybe this is what a monopoly looks like LOL.
