Pharmacist also took a few minutes to fully answer my questions about the vaccine as well. They also accommodated me with an evening appointmrnt by calling me quickly to say someone had cancelled! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I called before going to the pharmacy for a rapid COVID test and they said walk-in test are available. When I arrived the lady in the front desk said that I had to come back on Monday. My trip is tomorrow and they didn’t want to help me saying that they were very busy. I wasted money and time by coming to this place. Really frustrated.

I will never get anything here again, despite it being very close to where I live.
H	Hal Carim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a hard working small family run pharmacy at Bay & North of Wellesley which provides an efficient digital portal experience for bookings (vaccines, etc. ) and a friendly personalized & knowledgeable engagement when physically there. The products sold including the Pharmasave House brands are reasonably priced. One health should not be an industrial experience - This pharmacy shows how to do it right!

J	Jimmy Lan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had similar experience as a few other reviews that I see here. The receptionists and the doctor are super nice, they were patient and educated me about my symptoms. The process was fast as long as you have an appointment. However, things became terrible once I reach the pharmacy. One pharmacy staff appeared to not like her job and was being rude to people. Wait time was long and questions were asked with no clear intention. I'm leaving this review not to blame them, but wish that they can introduce a better process in place for quality control and maybe consider treating patients like how they want to be treated. Overall great experience, would recommend this clinic.

I made an appointment at 1pm for a 3rd booster shot, they don’t tell you where you’re suppose to check in and how long the wait is. After 45mins of waiting, I approached the receptionist and asked for an ETA. She then led me into the pharmacy room to wait for even longer. What’s the point of having an appointment if the wait is the same as a walk in? There’s no one in-front of us and I’m the only one waiting. The staff works super slow with no sense of urgency! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO WAIT OVER 1 HOUR!!!
