Small version of Loblaws. Good thing they offer Tuesdays discount for students....if you spend over 50$. They have Small version of carts too. Good service.

The store is beautifully organized and honestly, I could find more stuff to buy than the flagship Loblaws in the former MLG. However, I have to deal with so many prissy people who think they should be able to monopolize the very narrow aisles of this store, while others have to twiddle their thumbs waiting for them to be done.

Located in the basement of the Manulife Centre. Pricy but staff service is also high. Healthy food and soup, bento box, cake, there are many options.

I will start off by saying this location is very convenient for me, because it's very close to where I live. I usually find what I need, but usually they are low in stock. I have found molded products in the fridge, at the vegan section, and handed it over to an employee, asking him' "should this really be out there?" He just grabbed it, and made sure nobody saw. I also take my service dog there with me. I get drilled every time I go! She gets nervous in there, and barks. I believe her presence makes many ''uncomfortable'' and she feels that. She does not bark anywhere else, but there! There is a very rude, older , shorter lady, who confronts us every single time, or sends somebody over to ask why she is barking! The place makes us super uncomfortable. Too bad! I hope the owner reads this, and makes this establishment a more pleasant one for the customers.

Love this store, and I love the local food section!!!!! I discovered yesterday that they sell frozen empanadas, ready to bake, so I got few flavours and I love them!!!!

Please stay away from the bakery on two occasions this week the staff handles and distributed baked good without gloves in a pandemic. I addressed this on Monday with a Manager and here were are on Thursday same issue.

I took my service dog as there was a sign said Service dog allowed at the entrance. However the elderly female staff followed me around and said Service dog can never be put down and always be held otherwise it is not service dog. She was rude and said something she doubt it is Service dog. So I said I have Dr note to show but refused to listen. Then a customer who was listening what this staff were saying came up and told her โ€œThere is a man who walks around without mask.โ€ Finally she left. I could not get milk and eggs even. It is a grocery store where Service dog is not welcome even the sign at the entrance said allowed. They should change the sign to โ€œ Service Dog STRICTLY NOT allowed!โ€ Very uncomfortable experience. Not accommodating. Customer service 0 skill staff seems to be in charge in this store.

It's a high end supermarket and manage to jave tons of things in a small place. You can find dozens of indie brands in the store. Lots of ready to eat food options, a nice salad bar, a bakery and butchery. Of course, prices are on higher end, but the quality of everything's fine. The only problem that I have with this store is its small size. Easily get too crowded and you can't walk with your carts in aisles easily.
