They were quick to get back to me, efficient when dealing with any issues (of which there were a few) and I can say confidently, did a great job getting me a great mortgage rate.
Janelle, specifically was so wonderful to work with. Her knowledge and empathy made me feel incredibly well taken care of in a situation where I felt I had no knowledge whatsoever.
