★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is an institution. They often carry brands and styles that you won't find anywhere else and they know their products very well. Their sales are always epic (I usually spend a large chunk and stock up twice per year). I recently bought a few pairs for boxing day and the sizing didn't work and even though they were all final sale I called the store and the customer service was unparalleled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Over the Rainbow last week with the intention of purchasing several pairs of jeans but walked out because of the aggressively rude salesperson. I have never been treated so badly by someone in customer service, let alone for no reason. I have been a longtime customer but definitely won't be back. This was very disappointing.

These guys will make sure you look fantastic in whatever you buy. Expert, personal attention to fitting, alterations, and style advice. My wife buys all her jeans here too now. Solid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered this store recently and waited a while for a sale period. Turned out to be a waste of time waiting..
The retail policies at this store don’t make any sense. Free shipping for over $150 in purchase but does not apply to any items on sale, so basically during sale periods we have to pay for shipping. Also items on sale are final sale? And because they are on sale do not have free hemming? Whats the point of having a sale if its going to cost the customers back in other ways? All these “gotchas” is not a friendly way to do business..
I’ll come back when these sale policies make more sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the Rainbow is a great spot to check out in the Manulife centre. They have a nice selection of clothings and Knick knacks. I have purchased a great pair of shorts, a shirt, some hats and some candles. They allowed me to take my dog inside the store as well.

Store is very clean, organized and well staffed.
Unique Ts with messages are fabulous find
Prices vary but something for everyone.
Friendly customer service.
It's a must drop in.
