★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sales Rep Agetha has been phenomenal from start to finish. I have purchased 2 items from her and she provides pictures and videos before I come in. The last Item I purchased she was on vacation but made sure her coworkers were there for me to make the transaction seamless and no different from her very own amazing customer service. She even goes as far as updating me with products and pre sell events. Thanks Agetha you already know I'll be expanding my YSL collection partly because of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MITCH!!!! all i got to say is he's the best SA ive ever came across, he helped me with picking out the boot during the pandemic and sending me insight on the product, made my decision so much easier!!! he's helped me once again with another purchase too, he's my go to when it comes to shopping at saint laurent, ask for mitch, hell take care of you.

He also unexpectedly contacted me days after to check up on how I was enjoying the product I have bought, making sure I knew that if I needed anything else or had any questions, he'd be happy to help. Checking up on customers after the purchase is something I haven't experienced in other luxury brands. I am also always confident that the products sold here are of high quality. The beautiful interiors reflect the brand's simplicity and modernity as well. Good job, Saint Laurent! I'm a happy customer and would definitely be coming back.
