โ โ โ โ โ Very terrible sales woman. Followed everyone around upstairs just staring. Didnโt offer any help - wouldnโt suggest styles and when we tried on shoes she very apparently did not want to get them. She made us walk out and we own several pairs. Went to holt instead. This girl she shouldnโt work there - Saturday Jan 10 at 3pm.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is awesome I love the manager Meaghan Sheehan. I bought a pair of shoes from this location about 5 months ago and the experience ever since has been nothing less than outstanding.
Within my first week of wearing the shoes I tore the leather on one of the heels, I emailed Meaghan and she was responding to me and there to help. I had to go out of the country for a few months and she coordinated with the shoe repair team, and accommodated to my extremely busy schedule that is rapidly changing.
Every time I visit she always gives me a fresh bottle of water and starts chatting with me right away even if I haven't been in for months she remembers me. The other associates are always very helpful also! Each time I visit Meaghan gives me her contact information again so that I don't lose it, very thoughtful!
My favourite part of my recent visit was that Meaghan made me feel stress free about sending my shoes off to shoe repair, she reassured me she would take good care of them and also offered to put in a rush order so that I can have them back in time for my next trip to France!
I always feel welcome at this location and recommend everyone to only go to this location if you want the highest level of service. Also there is a google review up about the Yorkville location tagged to this one, google should really take that down, this one is way better.
