★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pair of Jordan 1’s online but order was canceled stating “Order #36497 was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been voided. Any further order from you will be cancelled automatically” I emailed right after questioning this decision but have received nothing in response as no payment of mine is fraudulent!! I even offered to pay with a different credit of mine but no reply.
I do NOT recommend this company for online purchases due to no communication from there online service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good selection of sneakers. Caters to most tastes. Lots of stuff you can find in Foot Locker but you should be there for the less mainstream selection. The staff have never seemed very interested in customer service but I never really expect much from a sneaker spot anyway. I have been shopping at this store coming close to probably 10 years now and have seen it evolve from mainly focusing on apparel and turning into a full fledged sneaker spot. This place has split into 2 locations very close to eachother. The friendliness of the staff in the apparel store has seemed to be better than that of the lower level sneaker based one. I'm always obligated to visit these stores while in the area. Consistently worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My teenager took me to this store. They have a quite a lot of shoes and according to my teen….they are pretty unique. It definitely caters to the younger crowd...with lots of sneakers and then another store around the corner with clothing. My teenager likes this store and service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been Shopping with capsule for many many years now, since about 2008 when they were doing stuff and carrying kiks tyo tees. Since then they have only got better, with better products and brands. Always blessing me with good shipping, variety of product and what seems like proper and fair raffles. Shoutout to capsule for being a true Toronto institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place today at noon, and the boy in charge was a little wacky. For one, the entire store was empty and small and you have to ring a door bell of which is even more funny because the guy inside the store is basically staring at you 20 feet away. He was a very paranoid young man it was sad to be honest. The young boy in charge lol, wouldn't let me into the store which was empty and that is fine, but said that you can only do curbside pick up and the entire city is doing that. I said, Ok no problem, how about I wait here outside the store and you can get what I would like to buy. He said NO, you can only buy online. I said, how in the world does this make sense, I will wait here I wont go into your EMPTY store lol and happy to buy the product He said nope, there is a pandemic and millions of people dying and looked at me like I was crazy haha. I said, ok so you don't want my money, and he ignored me lol. Argued with me a bit about people dying and then I left because he was basically scared out of his mind. What a way to live. Lets just say, I wont be giving capsule any money any time soon..or ever haha. HORRIBLE service.

Super fast shipping as well if u order in the morning usually get it next afternoon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just started sneaker shopping with Capsule , I’m a SneakerHead and it was nice to see the great inventory of sneakers I probably would have used Goat or StockX to find a few pairs of AF1s I wanted. I love AF 1s , I wanted Happy Pineapple, and Bugs Bunny Space Jam, both were only available on secondary markets, and even if I found a pair at retail all the fees would have easily been $50-$60 more. They also average 10-14 days delivery. Capsule had both pairs free shipping no extra hidden fees just tax, and received the shoes in 2 days !!!! Amazing customer service, awesome inventory , and local ??!!
