I didn't end up spending a bunch of time in the store, but I got a Comme Des Garcons Shirt Boys shirt for an absolute steal and despite me only spending <$60 in the store, they still treated me great and I felt welcomed. Would return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very great experience here purchasing a hoodie. I picked out what I wanted and they held it at the cash for me and brought me water. Don't remember the name of the guy that helped me but was overall a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreal service from Dom. He was truly amazing at helping me find my ideal gift. I was as indecisive as i can possibly get as he was very patient, understanding and helpful. The only way I’d be returning to buy something again is if Dom will be there to help me. Truly an angel as i am so happy with my experience and gift i purchased. If it wasn’t for him I’d still be on the hunt for a gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was amazing when I was making a purchase everyone was delighted to help but as soon as I needed to make a return I can’t get a hold of anyone. When I leave a voicemail I don’t get a call back. I came in store to pre order shoes in November. The really odd part was instead of making a direct payment they asked me to essentially buy a gift card for the amount of the shoes and they would actually keep the gift cards with them then apply it to the shoes when they come in and then give me the shoes. As we know the lockdown hit, I also decided I did not want the shoes anymore because I was wrongfully told they were a collaboration shoe design which I learned was incorrect. I have been getting the runaround ever since. When I luckily get a hold of someone ( maybe 1 time in every 10-15 call attempts) they tell me my rep will call me back and I never get a call back. It’s been over 3 months at this point.. holt has about $3,500 of my money and yet I also have no shoes. Especially with times like this during covid this is completely unacceptable for a large company such as Holt to be treating their customers like this. I’m not asking for anything extra for the headache I’ve been going through or the fact I’ve had to make ends meet without $3,500 of my own money. I just want my money back. As simple as that. I was told this could be done over the phone but then no one follows up. I’ve been trying for months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant say enough great things about the service at Holt Renfrew Mens! The person you need to ask for is Michael. He helped me find an amazing wedding suit that fit me properly. I am not a big suit guy so Michael gave me helpful advice to find the right suit, shoes and tie. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were not helpful and accused a couple of young people who appeared to be black for theft meanwhile I witnessed non-white people leaving the store and setting off the alarm more than once. The store ended up being in the wrong for accusing them. I would advise people to not go there just because of that.
