Had some some problems with a newly purchased luggage and Karen was very prompt with putting me in touch with a service engineer to have my luggage picked up and taken care of. Cheers to a job well done!

Went to the shop, the damage was inspected and dropped of my suitcase. Was to my pleasant surprise informed it would be free of charge. A few hours later I was informed it was ready. My suitcase was neatly repaired (back in shape so it properly closes). Very friendly staff and great service. It is only a pity that in the past years the price of their products has gone up a lot (doubled). CAD1700 for an aluminum purse will make a hard sell.

The staff process the request rapidly and made it such a hassle free process. I love this shop and her staff!

Sales staff are knowledgeable and will gladly help you find what you're looking for. And of course the quality of the product, Rimowa, speaks for itself. My only complaint was the accuracy of their website regarding inventory levels. I brought this to their attention and within weeks they fixed the problem. This is just one example of Rimowa's excellent customer service. It's why Rimowa has become my luggage of choice.

I brought my Salsa into the Toronto store and immediately was greeted, serial number confirmed, information taken, and repair underway by Kathryn and the team within a couple minutes. With the busy holiday times, they shipped my repaired luggage to my place which was greatly appreciated. RIMOWA products are great, but the Toronto team care and service is even better!
