I used to think fashion designer name brand glasses were the top echelon until seeing the selection at Josephson. Also, their staff really knows how to fit glasses on your head, which has always been a problem for me with other places. Definitely will be back again.

I found the most amazing gold frames and I waited for them to go on sale (a little pricey but we'll worth it). The quality is like no other. My glasses are super fragile and super light weight but I've dropped them a million times and no damages! !! I found the staff to be super helpful and patient but most importantly knowledgeable of their products. They took their time helping me find something in my budget & to my liking. I was amazing that they knew about every detail of their products like different materials used. I did not have to compromise anything. I got the best product for the best price and with the most amazing service. I would absolutely recommend Josephson''s to my family and friends.

I booked a 'frame fitting' and the optician didn't introduce herself, handed me one pair of frames, and gestured to the hundreds of frames on the wall. It was 30 minutes until closing and every employee there looked like they were already out the door. Extremely disappointed. Maybe other Josephson locations are okay, or maybe I was there on weird day.

They only carry high end product lines, including exceptional quality lenses. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good quality eyewear. Will definetly come back in the future!
T	Terry Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story short, rude. I am a long term customer for over 10 years. I usually never write reviews, however, this was an extremely disappointing moment for me. Very sad to be leaving this store after years of purchasing at this store with my direct and extended family. It was as if they assumed we were not going to buy anything and treated us like we were "below" a certain customer standard. It was a shame having this feeling put upon me. Still having faith in this store I proceeded with my purchase and as if it was like they had only realized then how long I actually had been coming to this store and was now here to make another major purpose, did I get the regular service I was given years ago. I am extremely disappointed as our whole family wears glasses and we know many people in the industry, so to be given this treatment was just shocking. Now, Im not expecting to be treated like a high class royal guest (or anything of the sort), however, a little human decency wouldn't hurt. We are all here in the same position, just trying to get by, so getting the same respect I give would have been greatly appreciated.

I was helped by Simran and it was the best experience I have had to date in terms of selecting new frames for my glasses and prescription sunglasses. Simran, one of the opticians, was friendly, proficient and zeroed right in on the best frames for me without me having to try on too many frames. Highly recommend this business for great personalized service and definitely ask for Simran to help you!

No help provided in choosing a frame. Did not ask probing questions. Will be taking my business to a shop with clerks who won’t treat me like an inconvenience. Clerk was in the back room and I had to call out to see if anyone was working. Astonished to see a 4* rating for this place.

I've worn glasses for most of my life and I've never gotten comments before on my glasses. However I received SO MANY compliments with the frames I purchased here.
