Shopping at Cristall is a real pleasure. Alison, Gina and Cindy are a great team. They're knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patient. The service and selection are excellent and the in-house optometrist is a real convenience. My family and I have come to Cristall for years for all our glasses and sunglasses. I've also come in for lens replacement, including new ones for a couple pairs I bought online. They even remember everything we've bought!

I don’t go to Cristall Opticians to buy glasses. I go to Cristall Opticians to see my personal “Glasses Queens.” They are my buyers, my stylists, my curators. Quite frankly, you go to Cristall because Alison, Gina and Cindy have incredible taste and also just happen to be three of the loveliest people you will ever meet (not to mention the spectacular Optometrists available on site as well)! Cristall Opticians is the absolute best of the best. If you are buying frames anywhere else in the GTA, you are making a mistake. Without exception, I have never walked out of the store without frames that I am complimented on DAILY. They don’t stock the same old boring frames you see at LensCrafters or Hakim, they carry capital “F” FASHION frames. Works of art! Now you may be saying “but Colin, this sounds expensive. Can I afford to shop at Cristall?” My response is a resounding YES. I have been buying my frames from Alison and Gina for over 10 years and they have always worked within my budget to put the best frames on my face. Their knowledge and selection have made me look my best. I might not even be married if it weren’t for them! Who knows!? Cristall Opticians has the best selection, the best service, the best staff and their location is incredibly convenient, no matter where you reside in the GTA. You don’t even have to take my word for it as they just happened to win the “Toronto Star Readers’ Choice 2021 award for Toronto’s BEST optical store.” They are the best and everybody knows it! Now stop what you’re doing and go to Cristall Opticians RIGHT NOW ?

Excellent service & wonderful selection! Alison always knows exactly what will look good on me! I love my latest purchase of glasses - they are classic and elegant sunglasses & I get many compliments on them. Cristall always goes above & beyond the others in customer service. I live out of the city now but I still depend on them for all my optical needs. They're amazing!

What can I say but, wow! Customer service is still alive and well, you will truly experience it at Cristall. The empathy and care that Gina & Alison provide to the clientele is tantamount to what a business should be. Cindy is a true testament to what the team wishes to put forth on their front lines. I went to Cristall Opticians on my visit to Toronto. I was only there a couple of days and yet I ended up leaving with 2 pair of glasses. I went to try out other eyewear shop in the surrounding area but I was let down by their limited choice of frame. I saw the small shop by chance and decided to go in and to my surprise I was extremely well welcolmed and served. The selection of frame was great and the service was really tailored to me, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for a pair of glasses in the Toronto area, look no further ! Cristall optician will provide you with the best service, best prices and a great selection of frame. I can't recommend this shop enough.

Best eye store ever! Amazingly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, top of the line eye wear, modern and current styles, fantastic prices, never had any issues or complaints, and it's ALWAYS service with a friendly smile and sincere approach to customer service! I absolutely love my new Tom Ford's! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
