All around warm, welcoming and friendly vibes. Darren and Dr. Arunjot Takhar are amazing humans and they helped me find the most comfortable contact lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very positive experience. Staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, even offering me some espresso while I went about picking out my frames! My glasses arrived in a timely manner and Darren was quick to address any concerns I had after receiving my glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Emily gave me the BEST eye exam I have ever had and explained everything as she did it. Darren and Jaycee are outstanding in customer service. They asked me about myself and came up with some fantastic choices in frames. When I went to pick up my new glasses they sat me down and explained how the new special lens worked and how to optimize them. Who does that? All with a professional approach AND humour! Can't beat that, can you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for an eye exam today and this place is fantastic! The 2 sales people at the front are so friendly and kind, extremely cozy! The retail store at the front entrance is very nice in design and most of their glasses are Cartier as they are the dealers for Cartier eye wear. The Dr was so professional and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed with their up to date equipment, a lot of imaging of the entire eye. I highly recommend this place. My husband is booking an appointment as well.
