★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to the Moscot Toronto store to return a recent online purchase. The store was getting ready to close, but we did not feel rushed. Jeff Fernandes in particular was of great help. I purchased an additional pair of prescription cliptosh but had to travel the next week to Mexico. Jeff spared no effort in making sure my glasses were ready before I left town. Thank you Jeff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in two weeks to purchase a new pair of prescription glasses . I liked the Zolman style and picked a frame . They also delivered them to front door in about a week . After a few days I wasn’t really that comfortable with the colour of the frame and asked if I could exchange the frame but keep the style . Not only was it not a problem ,but Jeff had me in my new frame in half an hour . Unbelievable service. My new store for eyewear. Also the history behind the Moscot stores is rich and long. Thanks Moscot .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location to buy a couple pairs of sun glasses. I was turned away from entering because I didn’t have a mask. I think if a company is still “mandated” to continue masking, they should at least be able to provide one for their clients. I was planning on spending over a thousand dollars.. How much is a box of masks?
