★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service, food was on point and very appealing. The raw fish was of very good quality, my group ordered a few dishes and we were satisfied with each of them.
The interior was very clean, the seats & tables were all well-maintained. Chopsticks were of the cheap kind, likely due to covid. Plateware seemed quality, as I would expect from a high end restaurant.
Am a bit disappointed that the omakase service is not offered, but it is understandable with the current situation.

I thought sushi quality couldn’t go higher from my past experience but this place changed my mind.
Their food freshness was absolutely amazing.
I ordered one of their Special Rolls, Red Carpet, which was so tasty and innovative.
The scallop skewer with kimchi aioli was amazing and tasty (under the cocktail snack menu).
This place became my favourite sushi restaurant. Will come back soon

Recommendation:
The tuna tartar was a bit lacking flavour in my opinion and would be great if you can consider trying make a small change at least to try. However the presentation was absolutely perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a high quality sushi place, probably one of the best ones in Toronto. Items are a bit overpriced but totally worth it. Rolls and sushi are filling enough as one order is enough per person, although they were difficult to fit in mouth in one bite. 4 star is for it’s tier 1 ranking not overall.

Beautiful ambiance and prime location, sushi is good for Toronto standards but still not good sushi. Rolls weren't rolled that tight and the rice was hard and unfresh. Toppings and flavours were good though. Great place for a date or if you want to go somewhere clean and not super loud, but tables are pretty close together. Wouldn't come back unless someone else suggested it.

When you arrive you are personally greeted by the owner/chef and the overall ambiance of the restaurant is elegant and clean with fine decor. Anything you order on the menu is going to be delicious but their specialty is the press fresh sushi that you can’t find anywhere else. I ordered a ninja roll, the tuna press fresh sushi and some spicy edamame as my entire meal and it was sufficient and very delicious. I strongly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking to impress someone. Amazing experience!
