I usually get frustrated when looking for frames because I have a lot of eye issues. Neera always comes through and gets my glasses right and they fit perfectly every time.

During that time she has continually provided me with exceptional customer service with regards to both the purchase and maintenance of my eyewear. It has been a wonderful retail experience as she is always warm and friendly, patient and consistently goes above and beyond. During my most recent visit I also had an eye exam with Dr. Ravi Doobay, Optometrist, who was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and made the entire process very enjoyable. Dr. Di Nardo did my eye exam and went above and beyond to explain the eye scans he was doing and why. Never had anyone do that. Great great experience, definitely becoming a patient there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ravi Doobay is one of the greatest people and eye doctors I have ever seen. He is supper attentive, knowledgeable, very careful and detail oriented. I have had an amazing eye exam with him. Furthermore, the staff and optometrists are super friendly and nice. Strongly Recommended!

They are very responsive to individual needs and requests, such as trying to rebook an appointment at a more convenient time for the client if cancellations occur. I love the frames that I have bought there. I also appreciate their discounts for educators.
