I asked if they could help me for a small fee. They said no...to the fee and totally helped me!!! What a great team. Everyone was so nice and it was such a good experience that I'm going there for my next pair. And a special shout out to Nazanin for being so lovely and friendly! 10 out of 10 will always recommend!!! Thanks guys.

A must-go place if one needs to have a widely ranged selections of glasses and professional services or advice. Luba, particularly the licensed optician in store, provides accurate and thoughtful measurement to customers, which is not a common thing to find from other optique stores. Should you need professional help or should you not know what and how to choose a pair, they can definitely, patiently assist you in all ways. Also, price here is competitive and available many selections from large or luxury brands too. To me, not only a place to pair glasses but to build a long-term relationship with professionalism for the rest of my life.

I picked up new glasses, tried them for a couple hours, return back asking for an adjustment, and I was greeted with an abrupt, abrasive tone. The rest of the experience was fine. The person's tone wasn't as friendly as I would like during the adjustment itself. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Happy with the glasses. Happy with the first person who helped me pick them out last week. Wasn't entirely happy with how I was treated today. I will try to avoid the store, or at the very least avoid that person, if I’m in a bind and need to use that location.

She is passionate, kind, smart and well informed about styles and brands. They also have good collection and really beautiful options ranging in prices and brands. I went there last year, I went again this year and I think It will be my place for glasses for ever. I highly recommend this place if you want to wear elegant, stylish and or retro glasses. I looked around and found some glasses I liked but wanted to check out another store. They kept ALL of the glasses I had tried on separate just in case and when I came back the three workers helped me find my perfect pair of glasses. They gave their honest opinion and pointed out some others to try. They even helped me debate between the last two i was deciding between. It made my first glasses buying experience so much better!

The staff were friendly and helped me find frames that I wasn't expecting to purchase at first. :) My glasses took one week to make which was pleasantly fast. They also fixed my sunglasses too!
