Best Escape room center in Canada

A	Adam H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here a few weeks ago as a group of two to try one of their escape rooms. We have each completed approx 200 escape rooms, we don’t often review them publicly, but felt it was necessary to leave a review as their rating on Google did not reflect the experience we had. There was very little flow in the game and very hard to get into it. There was WAY too much required reading in the room, especially for a DARK room in which a small lantern is given as a source of light before entering. The tipping point for us was our experience when time ran out. We were unable to complete the game (which we have no problem with). The employee came into us and said she could give us a few extra minutes to try and finish the game, if we wanted; and it would only cost $5 each. In all the escape rooms I’ve ever been to, this is the first time I’ve been offered to get extra time for an extra charge! Considering the game cost $35 per person to start with, and then asking for even more money is absurd. The worst part about this, is that one of the props was not reset properly in the game itself and we were able to access something we weren’t supposed to. There was no mention of this and they still wanted to charge us extra. We declined the offer. On top of this, the $35 charge plus tax per person is astronomically high for the experience you get. We were both extremely disappointed with our experience and will not return.
M	Manav Jain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took part in the submarine-themed escape room ("That Sinking Feeling") and had a blast! It was tons of fun and challenging at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were great too. Definitely recommend it to all!
D	Dusty More on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun themes. Good layout and friendly helpful staff. Nice ambiance. Some puzzles were a little bit worn out or a piece a little bit not working as smooth as it once did, but with a little TLC these puzzles will resume their shine no doubt! Always a fun experience

We spend over 20 minutes trying to figure out a puzzle where the staff told us not to use contents on some items that we ended up not using/touching at all. When we run out of time we learned that we needed to move those items around - again a bit confusing since staff said not to use the contents so we were clueless and missed valuable time there. With more experience I’m hoping we can have best experience next time.

If you think you are smart you can escape these.. It gives you a lot of amazing different things to solve its tricky but wonderful with the help of the great staff. Vanshika the staff there was really a great help and this is a must go room if you wanna try some good mindful adventures.. Must try-chambers of serpent ?

You can tell they really put thought into each of the rooms. Vanshika was a wonderful game-master and it was a great evening. An added bonus: they have games for you to play as you wait for your room to be set up. Thank you!
Y	Yousseff Hamouda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 3 of us did Galaxy Far Away, Great Diamond Heist and That Sinking Feeling. The rooms here are pretty immersive and have interesting and fun puzzles. We were able to solve them in under 60 minutes. Vanshika was our game master and she was amazing ? ? ? ? ?. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms.
P	Parth Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here as a corporate event. Did the dark ritual (supposedly the hardest one). We were able to solve it! Had a blast. Best part was there were 3 rooms out of which 2 were locked at the start. And solving puzzles in the first room one led to the next room being unlocked which brought back clues for the first one and so on. Had a great time. Totally recommend!!
