★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Had the worst experience ever here, and never going to buy Burberry again. My husband had bought a Burberry trench in the US but couldn’t get the sleeve length altered there due to time constraints. They assured us we could do it here. Fast forward a couple of months. I called the store here to discuss and they said no problem at all, and to come with the trench. I trekked a fair distance with it. When I went to the store they were rude for no reason and said I should have the trench dry cleaned before giving it for alterations. Ok, but shouldn’t I have been told that when I clearly called to discuss it over the phone. And what’s with the rudeness? After that I was patient and explained I’ve come far and can’t keep returning due to their error, so can I give it for dry cleaning near by or could they dry clean and I’ll pay for it. A flat and rude “no” with all the staff watching. I left, very upset. Later I called to speak to the manager and he apologized saying that happens and people often don’t know they have to get stuff dry cleaned before coming, and the staff is supposed to offer the dry cleaning extra service and bill it to the customer. So that was an option. Just, the staff member didn’t know it, was unnecessarily rude and none of the onlooking staff came out to correct it? Very upset at such terrible service. Had the exact opposite experience with my trench from another European brand near by, with wonderful customer experience. Never getting anything from Burberry again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positive shopping experience - ordered a bag to be picked up here and the sales rep, Kelly, actually recognized me a week later when I went to pick up. Everything was already wrapped nicely but she offered to unwrap the product to show me and subsequently rewrapped everything perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! I purchased a coat in London, and had it altered at this location. There was an issue with the alteration and Kelly Dong did everything she can to 'Make it right'. I am a very happy customer indeed. The other staff were also very nice and friendly in this shop.

She goes above and beyond by checking in with me here and there and sending me style catalogs/videos. Robyn represents Burberry so well and I’m looking forward to making my next purchase with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share my feedback regarding a very positive experience with Burberry on Bloor St. I initially contacted them to initiate a return on a beautiful coat that was purchased online but unfortunately was too big and no longer available for purchase. Kelly took my call and offered to see if she could find a smaller size for me elsewhere. She asked me to come by and wanted to see the jacket on me. Within a few days she had found not just one but two smaller sizes for me including one that had to be shipped from a store in Europe. Thanks to her intuition, the smallest size was the best fit! I’m so impressed with the level of customer service provided, Kelly was super helpful and responsive to my calls/texts (even on days she wasn’t working!). I really felt they went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy.
