J	J A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. We visited on a busy Sunday and everyone took their time to greet and acknowledge us. They even offered to check the inventory at Holt Renfrew for an item that was out of stock.

It arrived damaged and minimal options were provided to alleviate the situation. Not selling/shipping damaged items as new would help.

It wasn’t until I reached the back of the store that Marco finally greeted us and offered to help, which made him stand out. Upon walking in and not being offered the help that I was looking for, I had low expectations for the visit, however, Marco was able to turn that around with his attention to detail and genuine willingness to help out. I was looking for a shoe for a special event and Marco helped me to narrow it down to a specific style that was perfect for what I needed. Not only did he help me select the shoe, but also provided additional information/history behind each shoe and product that he brought out. Thanks, Marco for all your help - it’s great to see passionate people in sales! Ask for Marco if you ever visit this location. Thanks Marco for keeping it 100

He was extremely welcoming, patient and knowledgeable about all the products and even provided historical info about certain products and the inspiration behind them. He also provided recommendations on other items we might be interested in without being too pushy. Left with the perfect pair of shoes. If you drop by, ask for Marco - highly recommend!

Daphne was the sales associate who helped me, She was absolutely helpful and polite. She was organized and asked me what I want prior to my visit and didn't make me wait and I Would definitely give her 5 stars. The only thing was that day many streets near the store was closed for the protest and the weather was extremely cold... I would suggest the store to inform buyers on their website about the special situations like that because it was pretty inconvenient to find a parking spot and walk to store... other than that no complain...

She along with the rest of the staff were kind, informative and very helpful. I usually am hesitant to browse in designer stores however from my experience i feel more welcomed to browse. Can’t wait to make more purchases in the future!
