Very pleasant shopping experience. Angelika was friendly and very helpful with finding me the bag that caught my eye online. I also order a different strap for the bag that didn't come with it and ir arrived from Paris in a timely matter. Very happy with my experience and will be a return customer!

Amazing service. I desired a pair of B27's and contacted the Boutique. I was met with warmth and kindness from a sales lady named Angelika, who immediately found my size. We set an appointment later in the day, where I was met at the door and escorted to the 2nd floor where I tried on my new pair of Dior shoes. Thank you so much Angelika and Christian!

Dior doesn't stand behind their products. New earrings broke after a few wears but they won't fix it because they were purchased in the USA (do they expect the individual to travel to the country they purchased m it to get their stuff fixed?). I mean Dior is Dior they should be fixing replacing anywhere in the world. And anyways earrings that cost $500 plus should not break after a few wears. I tried contacting Dior through different channels but none are helpful. So just beware. Quality is low and customer service non existent.

I love this place, so much! It’s a beautiful boutique and everything is in stock. Sven is very nice and has been helping me since I started shopping from this boutique.

40 minutes to do an exchange. That should say a lot. We were told to wait for an associate. 15 mins after waiting, associate comes running into the store, excusing herself because she needed her afternoon coffee. She excused herself and offered us no apologies for her tardiness. During this time we had already decided what we wanted and confirmed the item in the store. While waiting, we also witnessed the general boredom demeanor of the staff there. Slouching over the walkway, looking aimlessly between their phones and their watches for the shifts to be over. We were directed upstairs and told to wait. And we waited. In the 25 mins it took to do an exchange, associated wandered aimlessly with engaging us and we did not receive any updates. We saw our associate run back and forth across the store without understanding why and eventually the exchange was complete. This experience was a clear indication to us that there has not been training on customer engagement or awareness. If customers are left waiting, at least make them comfortable or invite them to explore the store with other associates during the wait. There were a total of 3 customers in the store. If it was busy, this would be understandable. But the customer service we received today was embarrassing.

This place is huge! I wasn’t able to go inside because of the current lockdown restrictions but I still had a great experience when picking up my bag. Walter was very helpful and has great communication! Highly recommend this store!

Today a Chinese female staff at this Dior location was kinda mean to me and my friend. She was constantly on her phone while we were there, and her attitude was pretty bad when we asked about the products. Both my friend and I are Chinese, and it’s disappointing to see that this girl treated us like that. I can’t conclude if she was being racist to her own ethnicity because we didn’t have a chance to see how she interacts with other non-Chinese customers, but just based on today’s experience at this Dior location, I can confidently say that she didn’t know how to do her job. Prior to visiting this store, my friend and I went to the Holt Renfrew Dior right across the street, and the staff there was so nice and patient. This contrast is just embarrassing for this Dior location.
