★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would think that a very high-end brand with a large reputation would hire better employees. I was the ONLY one in the store today and the woman said to me “I’m busy” when I said I only had a question about my bag. She then said “are you looking for a bag” and I said no, I have one. She said “I’ll help you when I’m not busy” and then was rude as can be when I asked about dust bags. If I had bought my bag at this location I would have returned it. Rude people and honestly never going to this Prada again. Not like I own a ton of high end bags, and this was a big purchase to me so I wanted in person questions. Screw this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a sunglasses and perfume today but the stores’s stuff were not friendly at all, they did not even help me to find a sunglasses. I am really disappointed with this store and prefer to go to other stores or other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience with Prada Bloor Team. I didn't get the manager's name, but he was really helpful, nice, and great customer service , I appreciated his service today. Also, Jasmine was amazing and made me feel comfortable and knows exactly what I wanted and it was smooth experience with her and I am thankful. In addition to that, Yaeji who speaks Korean, was really helpful as well while I was shopping with my mom. I also have to mention, the security guy was informative and great as well! Overall, I appreciated the Prada Bloor Team's great service, amazing team work, and fabulous flow of customer service. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a Muslim and Somali women and I had an awful experience walking in. I was ignored by the staff and followed around the store. When I tried to ask the staff member following me any questions regarding the collections, what sizes they carry or where different items are located she either didn't answer or had no idea. I love Prada but honestly never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience purchasing a 2005 re-edition bag from this location. Jasmine was a wonderful sales associate who helped and dialogued extensively with me from the moment I booked my appointment right up until the second I had the bag in my hands. This has been one of the most seamless shopping experiences I’ve had in a while and I will definitely be back to get more pieces in the future.

Senior Management needs to go for walk and see how Gucci or LV handle themselves.
Staff today where the worst I have ever seen. They where rude and when I asked to speak to the Manager they were no where to be found until I mistakenly approached the Manager and asked to speak with the Manager.
The Manager clearly had no clue how to run a retail business let alone Prada. This is unusual as I have been to stores all around the world and they are usually 5 stars.
Will not be returning...especially given how well the competition looks after their Customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! I drove 4.5 hours to purchase my first Prada bag for my birthday and was treated like gold! Emilia Peeva was exceptional to say the least! She was knowledgable and very patient as I could not decide between 2 bags. She tried them on with me and was VERY fun! I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Emilia!!!!
