Was seriously disappointed by the manners of the staff. I know that a mother with a stroller on Black Friday does not seem to be a very interesting customer, but I haven’t met such a utterance of disrespect anywhere else. The shop doesn’t have a button for wheelers, so I had to open it by myself and the door turned out to be heavy and tough. So I spent some time fighting with the door trying to open it wide to push the stroller in, but the staff didn’t even try to help. Then I spent 15 min waiting for assistance while 2 ladies who came later than I were served, than another 15 min awaiting assistant to bring new pair of jewelry but it turned out to be the last pair of earrings. Than again waited for the check out. And after the assistant said β€œwhenever you are ready to pay” I had to say that I’ve been ready for a long time already”. I wanted a bag and an iPad case, but the baby already started crying just because it was too hot for her to be in the shop, and I understood that the assistant again needs time to find out the price (same was with earrings), so that would be a year when we are done, so I left.

Met and ordered from store manager. I was promised to get call from her when the products delivered to the store. After two weeks I followed up on phone. Another sales lady tried to explain the delay. A few days after, I passed by the store since I live a block away, and a sale lady tried to excuse again. I left my contact number for the store manager to contact me, but no never got any call. Now it's been almost 3 weeks. I wonder if these people wanna sell their products or not. 1st experience in store but very very disappointed #coach #fashion #worstSale FYI: I ordered bag from coach online twice during the waiting period. I already got them all, except the one order from the store. I ll update with the name of store manager later. Just wait for this week to pass. #CoachMustFireSomeEmployees

I had a truly wonderful experience here in Bloor st coach. I purchased wallet at other location but it wasn't in a good condition. I am pretty sure it was a returned wallet. I went to other downtown coach store but the manager wasn't really helpful. they only had one in stock which was worse shape than mine. she said this kind of leather scratch easily and if I don't want any scratch, then this wallet is not for me. it was kind of rude... I called Bloor street location and explained my situation and the lady said she would hold a new wallet for me. when I went there, the wallet was ready for me to pick up and she showed me a brand spanking new wallet in a sealed original package! perfect brand new condition as it should for $150 worth wallet! I had it monogramed and it was nicely done. when I purchased first at other location, I wasn't given any dust bag or authenticity card nor other downtown location offered such thing. but here the wallet came with authenticity card package, care card, dust bag! I am really please with the goods and services here.

My wife and I were do finding her wedding gift and we found both ladies very knowledgeable and helpful. Was impressed with the men's selection as well, more extensive and impressive than expected.

If you came to buy something here, the staff are helpful and friendly; If you came to fix something (for example, to fix the zip), some staff are apparently not happy to help.

Associates aren't friendly. They don't seem like to engage with customers. They were busy with their cell phones. Not a good experience!

very unsatifsfied with the customer service. I purchased a really nice bag and after a few months it needed some repair. I took it to the store and they informed me that they wouldn't be able to repair it, however it was part of the policy. Then I went back to ask again after a year, they couldn't find my information, they couldn't fine the name of the bag line/design and have also informed me that the repair would cost around $170. The price of the bag was $200 and just a 2cm broken loop cost $170? You have to train your associates way better and inform your customers with some accurate information.

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff members, but they weren't suffocating and let me look around at my own pace. Happy with my purchases here.
