And ten minutes later done. She lightly mentioned the matching wallet. After I walked out I turned around and went back in. She was right, so I purchased wallet versus at a later date. Continued success Maria.

In particular, Gustavo was exceptionally helpful while I was contemplating between handbags. He was prompt, kind, efficient but also patient while I contemplated my options. I am so grateful for his friendly nature and expert knowledge in the products and the company as a whole. Truly made the experience that much more enjoyable. If you’re looking to purchase a handbag I would most definitely make an appointment with him asap!

M	M A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want good service, you won’t get it through picking up an online order in store. Never felt more unwelcome and rushed here before. I was in and out in 5mins. The lady at the door was emotionless and rude. She asked if I was picking up my own order on behalf of someone else, even though I gave her my ID and showed her the confirmation email. She also asked me if I paid for the bag. (Why would I have a confirmation email asking me to pick up in store if it wasn’t paid for?) she unwrapped the box which was previously wrapped beautifully, took out the bag and squished it when putting it back that left a crease in the leather. She also must’ve hit the gift bag on a wall or something bc look at the condition. After throwing the box back in the bag very roughly, she asked “are you buying anything else?” I didn’t respond quick enough and she said “if not you can exit the store now” The ribbon shows I’m not lying, I’ve been here before and been treated SO NICE. Last time they offered me water or coffee (during covid) and gave me 2 perfume samples. But this time nothing was offered and no samples (I don’t expect them) but i just felt turned off and profiled.
