β β β β β I donβt know but there was a girl(may be korean or japanese) she was very rude with us. Even there were 15 minutes left for the closing of store, she was not allowing us to see the clothes and even snatched clothes from our hands which we were looking for. So rude attitude . Never seen such customer service before. If there were any star below then 1, I would have given that.

β β β β β The staff is absolutely horrible and have no idea how to treat customers. They stand around doing nothing, get annoyed when you ask for help and just do the bare minimum until they can leave you to go stare at their phones. They don't know anything about the products either. I would rather shop online and not deal with their incompetent staff.

β β β β β Lacoste clothes are great and very nice to wear. The problem with this brand is the business model and pricing of these clothes... they cost almost as expensive as some luxury end clothes which doesnt make sense at all and sale prices are terrible... good clothes never go on sale and it almost just feels like you're getting ripped off at some point. Despite that fact the quality of the clothes is very nice and trendy. Store looks great and is well organized. The refund policy here is terrible so beware of clothes that you buy if you want a refund.

β β β β β Amazing experience shopping here today with Johnny, he was really keen on helping us and guided us with our choices. He made sure we got everything we needed. The only thing that stops him from doing his work better is availability of sizes. He would have literally sold us 3 pairs. Keep up the great work johnny. We will be back. 10/10 would recommend.
