★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generic store like the bay or sears . Over priced but great selection. You'll pay but the quality it decent. Very tag/label name focused. The store is huge and honestly could've spent most the day shopping here. They have a very minimum selection of graduation dresses also for the grads looking for options it's very slim pickings however if your attending your child's wedding lots of great choices of dresses for that situation ?. I've heard alot of this store and I can't say I was disappointed. The staff definitely went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The samples help lol .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection in each department is spacious and you can find pretty much every high end brand you're looking for. I recommend going to the top floor and dining at Bar Verde. The pasta and homemade Roma tomatoe soup were exquisite. I was referred by a clerk at a local business to go there after not finding anything in my search for Pasta in the area, and so I shopped some deals while my meal was being ready by the Chef's who didn't hesitate to make it perfectly, even though I was two minutes before closing time. The Maitre D was one of the best and friendliest I had the pleasure of dealing with in a longtime. They cared for my order the last of the day, like it was the first. Amazing freshness and value for price points. You can sit, shop or even head down to the second level to the smaller bar there for a cocktail while you wait if you are doing take out. All around the staff were stellar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the most magical part about walking through the Eaton Center. Is there any other way to transport from one end of of the mall to the other???
Please bring back coat check for winter !! (8/10 bc they took that away to sell doggie clothes)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped for a new fragrance with the assistance of my guy Allan! He narrowed down the best fragrances that suited myself and my lifestyle. It was as if he knew exactly what I wanted! I work at a barbershop and I’ve never smelt better. Getting mad compliments on what I was wearing and questioned about where I purchased my fragrance. Allan will be my go-to guy when purchasing new fragrance. Always appreciate the care and dedication that the workers put in to guarantee customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to look for some fragrances from my favourite house/perfumer. Leela (or Leila, perhaps) was one of the kindest & most helpful Customer Service people I've ever met. She was so incredibly helpful & dug through a bunch of products looking for the one I wanted. Then, after it not being there, she patiently spritzed several sample strips for me & after finding a few that I liked, she decanted a small handful of them into sample testers.
Some might say that's her job, but she was also so very polite & genuine while we chatted about fragrances (as she decanted those few fragrances for me). An absolutely stellar employee who, in my opinion, desperately deserves a raise & praise from her superiors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came in today to pick up on online order I made yesterday and the staff were really polite and helpful. I was able to try my purchase in store and realized that it was too tight. Had Jorge help me with finding the right size and even let me try the purchase in a different colour to make sure I would walk away happy. They were very patient with me too. The online pick up process was super easy to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much sums up your shopping and make sure it’s worth the money and time spent.
Yes there is expensive stuff around here like Buberry, Michael kors, chanel but they are perfect to keep you happy for once.
I wanted to buy crocs so I went to check the price. There wasn’t much of a difference hence I ended up not buying it from here I’d rather wait for seasonal sale.
Moreover it was crowded being weekday it was shocking.
They are clean and tidy they also have Adodas and Nike shoes but yes the luxury ones.
They do awesome gift wrap of anything you buy and yes they don’t charge you extra for that.
It’s located within the entrance of the mall when you want to cross over Samsung store.
They are elevator and escalators friendly .

For a department store, this place is clean, nicely arranged, modern and relaxing. Yes! Relaxing! Who would've thought that could be used at a department store?
Kid you not... There are chairs, sofas and even a bar for you to sit and relax. Honestly makes you just want to hang in here longer.
Nordstrom has a lot of products and brands to choose from. What is equally impressive is the service that is offered. Clothing alterations, personalization are among the services offered. Very convenient indeed.
Located inside Eaton center, this department store offers a lot and is pleasant to shop in.
