I always get amazing customer service. I go straight to the back of the store for clearance items. Love their discounts, and credits which can be applied to purchases. Love this store and the friendly staff.

Been going here for years, sucks every time I go in they are following me and my partner and always checking on us the entire time. My only suggestion not target POC?

Crowded and it was hard to get a fitting room for disabled. People used it that didn't have disabilities. My first visit was horrible beyond words. The sales staff weren't helpful at all. The second visit a little better. I couldn't find shoes that i wanted. I found things way over priced. I bought some jewelry that's it. Just wasn't impressed with the service. I wish one of your stores was at a smaller mall like Dufferin Mall. It would be easier to get to then this. ?

A plus size clothing store in one of the biggest cities in Canada yet most of the plus size clothes are available online only. The staff were meh. Not really welcoming or helpful.

Incredibly expensive and for a plus size store, I've noticed that their in-store sizing is quite limited. Most pieces go up to 4x but there are few, of any 5-6x. I shrugged this off as I'm not that size anyway (however, knowing several people that size I tend to peep), but my size was mostly sold out on almost everything I liked. And what I liked was few and far between because I can only have so many floral skull prints, graphic tees, and could shoulders. Oh and don't forget the baby doll tops. There is little to no accessibility. Mobility aids would not fit into half this store, esp plus sized people with mobility aids. I am only a 1x and I have to squeeze into spaces. I inevitably left without buying anything because i need some simple and comfortable items to fill my wardrobe as I'm disabled and have also rapidly lost weight so I have almost no fitting clothes. But, because I'm disabled, if I even bought one tee shirt, I'd have to forgo 20-30$ of grocery or bill money. Like, even Walmart has better looking stuff for less than half the price.

It’s a plus size store but there where only thin girls working there. I asked for advice on how a certain garment would fit and they had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up over paying for something that didn’t even fit right. Can we hire fat girls to to work at the fat girl store please??!? We already miss out on so many job opportunities

Usually when I take my mom to shop here, the staff is super nice, however today was not the same, she didn’t tell me her name, but I remember she had green hair. She was super rude, and basically told me I should look for her, o ask for her help, when if she’s working at customer service she should be asking me if I’m doing okay. Usually the staff is very attentive, I am very disappointed.
