The staff were very nice and helpful especially zayn! he helped me pick out a piercing for my nose and he showed me all the options and explained to me how there are different sizes, i didn’t even know there were different sizes! I would be more than happy to come again!

When I went to the store to return it the lady at the cashier was so rude and very very unprofessional. She lacked the basic skill of communicating politely. I politely asked another sales associate at the store, if it was possible to do a return without a receipt. The lady who was at the cashier helping another customer. Stopped helping them and rudely asked what was the problem. When I asked her, she was like “no, no you can't return without a receipt. I gave you the receipt you rushed out without a bag.” I had to rush coz she took her time chatting with one of her colleague about schedule change and the colleague's second job. I understand if she can't do returns without a receipt. She could have communicated politely. There was no need to be rude and it's unacceptable for something so small.

She recently purchased something and the cashier asked her if she wanted something else as it was on discount as well. My daughter said yes! (Of course...). Fortunately, she had money from her grandparents. Would have been awkward to say no and explain she doesn't have enough money at the checkout counter.

I was here to search for my earrings and get a ear pierced but they were busy so I ended up moving out with few hair bands etc. They have a good collection of bags , hair bands and earrings. They have less space compared to other Claire’s outlets. I like it since it’s colourful and it’s my favourite store for a good day Incase it went bad...
